If you believe that you have received a low rating, it is advisable to Appeal the VA Rating decision. But remember, you only have one year from the date of the VA Rating Decision to get in the required paperwork stating exactly what you are appealing your VA Disability claim. There are several ways that you, as a Veteran can go about filing the Notice of Disagreement. To find out more information on how to file a Notice of Disagreement, please call (888) 959-9908.
